KARACHI: Karachi police has recommended for further extension in the ban on motorcycle pillion riding, while the Sindh Assembly lawmakers in the previous Assembly session had slammed the ban.
Pillion riding was banned in the city in the last week of last year November after violence and later it was kept extended until February 19. Following Muharram and Chehlum, Karachi police has now recommended the ban to be extended up to 12th Rabiul Awwal.
