SLanka rebels kill 17 civilians fleeing war zone: military

COLOMBO: Sri Lanka's Tamil Tiger guerrillas on Tuesday shot dead 17 civilians and wounded 69 others fleeing the shrinking territory still under rebel control, military spokesman Udaya Nanayakkara said.
